Clients have asked what is the best thing to use when your pet has been sprayed?
This "recipe" is the best that I have found

2 16 oz's of hydrogen peroxide
Quarter cup of baking soda
2 teaspoons of dish soap ( I use Ivory, more gentile than most, but any will do in a pinch).

Mix all 3 ingredients together then massage on to a DRY dog (this is very important) let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes then rinse well and let dry.

If the pet has been sprayed in the face be very careful not to get into the eyes, you can use mineral oil in the eyes to help but still rinse the eyes well with cool water to make sure..

This recipe in my option is the best, but it may not take all of the smell away but it will sure be an improvement.. A client once told me his dog was sprayed in the mouth also, so he gave his dog some tomato juice) I would not give too much as it might cause diarrhea) but I thought is was a good idea, and could not hurt to try.
